CCS Warranty & Claims

Warranty

We extend to the original purchaser any warranty granted by the manufacturer. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item and does not cover consequential liability or damages. Warranty does not cover improper usage or tampering. If the warranty is not allowed by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for the cost of the replacement item.

For items that have been purchased from Commercial Climate Supply that have been accurately installed and are defective or inoperable within 30 days of purchase please contact us directly at sales@commercialclimatesupply.com. Someone with our customer support team will provide the necessary forms for consideration. 

These forms should only be used for items that arrived with factory defect or failed after being installed in the unit for less than 30 days; not for damaged due to shipping or packaging. see the Claims section below for shipping damages. 

CCS will review and send information via email about any replacement under supplier warranty as soon as possible. Should a part or equipment replacement be necessary right away, contact us via phone at (833) 472-7822 and we will do our very best to service your needs right away. 

Claims

Claims for shipping loss or damage must be made directly to the freight carrier unless the Buyer can assure damage was incurred prior to shipment. In order for our Customer Support team to make a determination, you must submit images of the perceived damages in the form provided and someone with Commercial Climate Supply will respond as soon as possible.
