Shipping policy

Order cutoff & same-day dispatch. In-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping methods. We ship via UPS. Standard (UPS Ground) and expedited options—UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and 2nd Day Air—are available at checkout for eligible items. Rates are calculated live by UPS at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

Processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email once your order leaves our warehouse. Transit times shown at checkout are UPS estimates and begin on the dispatch date, not the order date.

Freight & oversized items. Certain large items (for example, 12 ft case parts, bumpers, and lighting) exceed UPS parcel limits and ship by freight/LTL. These are not available for standard online checkout—please contact us for a freight quote.
