A. This is a common fix! Just click the link 'forgot your password' on the login page and you will be quickly redirected to a new page where you can change your password. Our system will ask for email verification with a code that will be sent to you or you can request the code be sent as a text message to your phone. Once you have reselected a private, secure password the CCS system will confirm and you can login as usual with your username and new password.

This section allows you to track your most recent order, trace all of your order history, search for a specific part or equipment item, download a current catalog and place products in your account for future purchase. When you place an order from our website, you can typically expect your items to ship within 1-3 business days if the part is being shipped from our CCS warehouse. For all the details regarding order shipment please visit our Customer Support page for more info. 

All orders processed on our Commercial Climate Supply website will be processed within 1-3 days whenever possible; our customer support office is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays however, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.
